    Once a contract is signed out team regroups to review all information currently available to our onboarding process to determine what additional information, assets and accesses are needed. This is shared with our clients quickly so they are able to review and compile prior to our kickoff meeting where the team outllines overall scope, KPIs, timing and team responsibilties.

  • Will you provide a single point of contact?

    Yes, every client is provided an Account Manager who runs point on all campaigns and initiatives. We also use team email alias addresses to ensure that everyone is on the same page in terms of the ask or end objective.
